Universal Live is a technical event solutions company providing a single source of technical provision to the live event industry.
Our clients include communication agencies, production companies, event management companies, brand and PR companies, venues and public sector including councils and educational bodies.
We like to work with all our clients in a partnership offering peace of mind that we will deliver on time, within budget, safely and to a high technical and creative standard. Universal Live help take care of all pre-event and event technical requirements leaving our clients free to concentrate on their own areas of expertise, confident that technical delivery is covered.
STAGE 1
Enquiry: We can accept event briefs by phone or email. Obviously the more information given to us at the outset means we can quote more accurately from the start and arrive quickly at an appropriate level of response to the brief.
Response: Our quotes are tailor made to our clients' needs. We can quote simply as a kit list for supply and dry hire or a full proposal with bespoke visuals, CAD and fully costed delivery and technical project management.
Provision: After the initial response has been received by the client there will no doubt be discussions and changes to the brief and requirement along the way. We work with you at every stage to ensure the project's quotes, visuals and CADs are up to date until the point at which the job is signed off.
STAGE 2
Job: Our Project Managers work closely with our Hire Desk team to put everything in place for the seamless delivery of your event. This includes coordinating crew, transport, Health and Safety documentation and the preparation and loading of equipment.
Delivery: Our onsite service is fully managed by the job's Project Manager and the team is made up of full time specialist technicians overseeing specially selected set up and operating crew. We are very proud of our onsite delivery standards and deadline management. We work as an integral part of the client’s team allowing the client to focus on the whole event while we take care of all details of the technical delivery.
STAGE 3
Close: At the end of the event we dismantle and remove everything we have supplied, leaving the venue as we found it. Our Project Managers continue to be on-hand even after the event for a debrief if required.
