Here are just some examples of our work from over the years.
Case Study 1
BRIEF:
To supply and deliver an end to end solution, so that the client could deliver their internal and external sales conference, across two days to delegates who couldn’t make the conference. This was also with the added complexity of breakout rooms.
SOLUTION:
We supplied a platform that allowed us to stream the main plenary sessions including all content. We took the remote audience through a delegate experience similar to being at the live event. When the remote audience logged into the stream they could see the conference room and could hear the same background music along with the ambient noise of the room. With various camera shots and the addition of slides and vt’s.
The platform allowed for live Q&A from the remote audience. Once the conference broke into breakout rooms we moved the remote audience into their relevant breakout rooms.
Case Study 2
BRIEF:
To supply and operate a platform where over 5000 employees can sign in and watch a live event happening at 7 different sites across the UK.
SOLUTION:
We supplied a two-way link between the satellite sites and the main hub. Taking in multiple cameras and content from each site live and then mixing and pushing back out a feed to the remote audience. The feed included content from all sites, live onscreen Q&A and polling.
Given the nature of our clients business and the content that was to be shared we had to carefully think about security and the right platform/s to use. We supplemented the client’s system with additional equipment and supplied a platform that was secure and also accessible
Case Study 3
BRIEF:
Our client needed a solution to host a conference in London and Manchester simultaneously, with a live connection between each site for key presentations being broadcasted
SOLUTION:
Using WebEx, along with our web presenting hardware, multiple cameras and vision mixer, we created a set-up that allowed each site to communicate and see each other live. With both sites having key presentations, for PPT we send a separate signal to the camera feed which was set up with a show machine, web presenter and DA, also sending the signal to a monitor locally, as well as London, and vice versa. This allowed the presenters from each site to control the slideshow themselves.
Case Study 4
BRIEF:
To stream and record a live public event every month from different locations to multiple social media platforms so it reaches as many people as possible.
SOLUTION:
We supplied the equipment and expertise to deliver this monthly event. With two camera’s one maned and one locked off these were mixed with placeholder names and a social media feed across the bottom. Given some locations struggle with internet connectivity, we conduct a site survey that included a mobile broadband test to ascertain whether this is a viable option for the live event.
