This studio-based virtual event was hosted by the television presenter Colin Murray and featured live entertainment from a world-renowned singer and songwriter, who was performing from Los Angeles.

Streams were integrated into the Hopin platform which provided 600 remote attendees with the main stage experience and breakout rooms.

The programme included a presentation by the Mercedes-Benz Vans MD plus a live Q&A facilitated by Colin Murray.

The brief emphasised the importance of delivering a captivating live experience for their remote audience.



The Studio Solution

Located in central Manchester the studio provided a hub to combine all incoming feeds with slide and VT content, together with capturing live presentations in the studio setting.

Our Manchester Studio is a purpose-built yet adaptable live broadcast facility.

The Studio is designed around a curved LED wall, which created a backdrop for Mercedes-Benz Vans to reach a remote audience and still benefit from the impact of branding, key messages and custom moving content.

A show producer managed the creative and practical elements of the programme with skilled technicians in the roles of camera operation, vision mixing, sound, lighting and streaming.
