Universal Live Announces Senior Promotions on Key Account
Universal Live has worked in partnership with QHotels for over a decade, providing them with outstanding AV support to their meetings and events across all 26 of the 4* hotels. The key to the successful partnership between the two companies is the exceptional account management that Universal Live delivers. With further growth and expansion to the company, Universal Live has internally promoted two employees who began their careers as AV Managers within two QHotels.
Jaymie Mills, who previously held the AV Manager post at Chesford Grange, is moving into the role of QHotels Account Manager. He will further develop and grow the account and relationship between the two companies.
Alex Johnson, formally of The Queens in Leeds, has been promoted to QHotels Operations Manager. Working closely with the hotels’ AV Managers and Universal Live’s operations team, Alex will ensure the smooth running of QHotels jobs across the country.
The news comes just two months after the announcement of a further 5 year contract between the companies. Kirsty Waine, Managing Director and former QHotels Account Manager, had this to say:
