as a leading provider of technical production for corporate live events we are committed to integrating these
principles into our operations, supply chain and stakeholder engagement.

Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).

◦ Installation of EV charging points at our head office to encourage electric vehicle adoption.
◦ Investment in energy-efficient LED lighting, replacing all hire lighting fixtures.

• Sustainable Procurement & Waste Reduction:
◦ Sourcing recyclable carpet, diverting 4,800m² from landfill per year.
◦ Partnering with sustainable suppliers to ensure ethical and environmentally responsible sourcing.
◦ Sourcing plastic-free alternatives for large-format printing.
◦ Using environmentally sound logistics suppliers to reduce emissions.
◦ Conducting regular checks on the recyclability of incoming products and packaging.

80%.
◦ Implementation of waste separation systems at our facilities to improve recycling rates.

◦ As our head office and warehouse are situated at the confluence of two rivers, we actively mitigate flood
risks through protective flood defence mechanisms.
◦ Supporting local environmental resilience by planting trees, shrubs, and hedgerows each winter with
YORgreen CIC.
◦ Regularly volunteering with River Worth Friends, engaging in riverbank litter picking and conservation
efforts.
◦ Planted a wildflower garden at our head office to support pollinators and local biodiversity.
