New Venue Partnership for Universal Live
We are very pleased to announce that we have been appointed the official technical production company at NAEC Stoneleigh, as the venue sets out to enhance their corporate events services provision.
Following a tender process undertaken by over 80 companies across all service areas, NAEC Stoneleigh chose Universal Live as the technical production company, as we provided the venue with a unified approach to the development and management of the venue’s services and reputation.
NAEC Stoneleigh is one of the premier conference venues in the Midlands, with 21,000m2 of purpose-built flexible indoor spaces hosting up to 4,500 delegates. It has extensive outdoor space and onsite accommodation making it perfect for national and international events, business forums, expos, outdoor festivals and showcases.
Speaking about the appointment NAEC Stoneleigh said:
“We are excited to be welcoming Universal Live as our official technical company. They are a great extension of our team and will strengthen our corporate offering enabling us to give our clients what they want. Our partnership with Universal allows us to advise clients on the best use of the indoor event and conference space factoring the AV, staging and rigging needs for their events. Universal’s enthusiasm and expertise is already helping our business development and account management team, they’re a great extension to our team.”

The appointment further enriches our venue partnership department where we already hold preferred partner status at venues across the country, including in-house audio visual partner to QHotels.
Our Managing Director, Kirsty Waine said: “Myself and the team are delighted to be working in partnership with NAEC Stoneleigh and to grow and develop the venue together. We have already hit the ground running by providing the venue with technical solutions to their clients’ events and we look forward to further developing our partnership through other avenues. Exciting time!”
